Club Makokola has its own tennis and squash courts, swimming pool, comprehensive water sports facilities, golf course, sailing boats, a 21 metre motor vessel(available for private charter and functions) and a micro light. In the area there is also Liwonde National Park.
Getting There
Club Makokola can be reached by road either from Blantyre or Lilongwe. The distance from Blantyre International Airport is about 240 Km. The distance from Lilongwe International Airport is of 230 Km or 370 km depending which route is chosen. Club Makokola can also be reach by air and is served by Air Malawi. Club Makokola has been officially been listed as one of Malawi’s official points of entry so charter flights can land directly into Club Makokola.. Lilongwe has good access by air from both South Africa and London.
Best Time To Travel
Club Makokola is opened 12 months a year and there is no particular time of the year to be favoured for incentives or conferences although from December to May can be wet.

Malawi is a malaria risk area, appropriate precautions recommended.
