As the hotel plane lands in the private airstrip of Anjajavy, nature and sea lovers understand they have found the ideal place. With 25 villas built of solid rosewood and palm leaves, each overlooking the sea, the resort blends harmoniously into the genuine beauty of this outstanding setting.
  
Rooms:

Anjajavy has 25 duplex air-conditioned villas overlooking the Indian Ocean. All the villas can accommodate up to four people, two in the main ground-floor sleeping area and two in the mezzanine room. Each villa provides a bathroom with separate w.c.; spacious lounge area; large sea-facing verandah; safe; tea- and coffee-making facilities; hair-dryer and telephone.

Conferencing:

Anjajavy is primarily a beach and forest reserve, but they do offer a small conference room that can comfortably accommodate 20 people. “ A really unique location”

Activities:

The hotel offers a range of water-sports including kayaking, sailing on our hobby-cat or on a traditional pirogue, windsurfing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, deep-sea and saltwater fly fishing, as well as boat excursions  - sunset cruises, mangrove trips, guided fly-fishing excursions and boat trips to the local villages. Anjajavy also offers guided walks in the reserve to see the magnificent local plants and animals, including five species of lemur and three species of baobab.

Getting There:

The hotels private airline, Air Hotel, operates a scheduled service between Antananarivo and Anjajavy and between Anjajavy and Nosy Be three times per week on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Antananarivo has good connections with Europe via Paris and South Africa via Johannesburg.

Best Time To Travel:

Good all year round although January to March can be wet.

Health:

Although Madagascar is considered a malarial area, Anjajavy Hotel is situated in a very low risk area. Appropriate precautions are though recommended.
