Okaukuejo Rest Camp lies ten kilometres inside the western gate to the park and is perhaps the best known of the three Etosha Park camps. A variety of accommodation is offered, ranging from luxury four bedded bungalows to single room huts and a campsite. The rest camp offers a lovely big pool, restaurant, general dealer, fuel station and banking facilities. The most attractive feature here is the waterhole which is floodlit at night and which attracts a large variety of animals frequently not seen by day.
